2 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of white Karo syrup
2/3 cup of milk
2 squares of chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Put all of the above into a heavy saucepan and cook until a soft
ball forms (about 5 minutes). Beat until slightly thick - then
add any of your favorite nuts if you want to.
Put in a buttered pie dish or square cake pan.
Let it set until cool and cut into squares.
